I was surprised at the high pet cost per night. $150 deposit with $75 minimum cost per night. The room was not clean. There was a dirty towel left in bathroom. Dishwasher was not emptied. Feel duped to pay a premium to clean after our dog when room wasn’t fully cleaned when we checked in

The breakfast was minimal at best... we went about 45 mins after breakfast started, and the poratoes were out and so erre the pancakes. When we approached to ask about getting them refilled, they said they were out of potatoes altogether. We waited for 20 mins for them to refill the pancacke batter, after the 20 mins we went to get breakfast elsewhere because our kids were getting very hunngry.

I'll definitely be back

The rooms here are like mini apartments. They have a full kitchen even! Central air that gets both very warm and very cold. Hot water for days and if you forgot your shower stuff, they have wall mounted bottles. The guy that works at night is friendly, I had a couple of conversations with him about stuff. BREAKFAST HAS TACOS! Loved staying here and probably will again sometime. However there was one little frustrating thing and i dont know if its on the hotel's end or this website's end, but if you find yourself with a change of plans and want to extend your stay, you cant just go to the front desk and ask for an extra night like most hotels. You have to go and make a new reservation at a different rate because their system doesnt interact with this site's system enough to do that. So when i added one more night when my plans changed, i ended up paying almost as much for one night as i did for the two before. Conveniently though, they made sure i was in the same room so i didnt have to pack everything up and move.

Not the best for a family with kids

The entire weekend it smelled like weed in the room and outside. Some of the outlets did not work (I think the wires were loose because the outlet cover was wiggly). There were stains/possible burns on the floor in the living room. I do not know whether or not a lot of people use it as temporary housing or what, but it seemed like there was never enough parking spaces for the number of rooms available. It was a struggle to find a spot close to our room when we returned each night after visiting family.

Great Stay at Exceptional Value

The Sonesta ES Suites in Chesterfield, MO exceeded our expectations in all areas. We had not stayed in a Sonesta property before this visit, but based on a most pleasant experience we will absolutely use them again if available when traveling in the future.

We were traveling as a group of 15. They were able to accommodate us and put our rooms together. They decided to stay an extra night and they made the extension process very easy.

To have my credit card on file and still require a deposit is absolutely ludicrous. I am a 42 year old woman who doesn’t even drink. Your front desk agent kept repeating as long as you don’t smoke or have parties you’ll get the deposit back. I’m highly offended that you guys have that many property problems that people like me have to be inconvenienced with a stupid fee that takes days to credit back to my account remind you YOU HAVE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE WHY THE EXTRA FEE just charge my card if something was to happen. It’s a credit card not a bank or debit card. I will never visit this chain again and I travel quite often. I’m highly offended and this was very bad customer service to the point I’ll tell my colleagues to tell their colleagues never you this chain of ghetto hotels.

Affordable place to stay a night or two

We were traveling through St Louis and this place was the right location and price. It was clean, had the listed amenities, and check in and checkout were easy. We gave it 3 stars as there was noise from traffic/trash pickup at 6:30am, the room was a little worn, and breakfast options were cold or lower quality. This place is a motel style without connected hallways and rooms, and the room comes with a full kitchen.
