The hotel was nice and as pictured in a great location. However given there was a significant price difference between this and the other hotels, we accepted this as we understood it had spa facilities. The spa was hugely underwhelming, the jacuzzi was cold and the steam room wasn’t hot enough either. This was a huge let down for us as we chose this hotel based on offering spa facilities.

The room itself was very small and only had a queen sized bed (saw this in reservation but hoped it would be a king). The room was in the attic, and no real room to move around in the room. The bathroom was also very small with NO counter space. Overall very disappointed for the price paid. Also, no turn down service or slippers, which is poor for a supposed 5-star hotel. They also didn’t warn us that we would have to drag our suitcases the last 1/2 mile due to Xmas market closures, as they did some other guests and transported their bags at least.
