"Das Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. "

" Wir verbachten fünf Nächte im Le Meridien Khao Lak Resort & Spa mit unserem 2,5 Jährigen Sohn. Es war das schönste Hotel auf unser dreieinhalb Monate dauernden Weltreise. Insbesondere die überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter haben das Hotel in ein Paradis verwandelt. Jeder Wunsch wurde einem von den Augen abgelesen und auch für die Kinder war stets ein Programm geboten, welches aber dezent im Hintergrund ablief, ohne die anderen Gäste zu stören. Die drei Restaurants waren hervorragend und boten eine super Mischung an Speisen und Getränken. Auch die Mitarbeitenden der Pool- und Strand-Bar waren hervorragend. Wir hatten All-Inclusive gebucht und es war rein gar nicht das „All-inclusive“ was man sonst kennt, sondern auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Gerade mit kleinen Kindern, welche noch einen Mittagsschlaf machen war es super, dass ein Restaurant ab mittags durchgehend geöffnet war und man so nicht auf Öffnungszeiten achten musste. Ein wahres Highlight waren die ebenfalls im Preis enthaltenen Beach-Dinner in traumhafter Kulisse und mit wechselnden Speiseangeboten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und eines der Besten was wir in meinen vielen Hotelaufenthalten gesehen habe. Am Geburtstag meiner Frau gab sich das gesamte Team sehr große Mühe und zauberten meiner Frau ein durchgehendes Lächeln auf die Lippen. Dekoration des Raums, Blumen, Kuchen, romantisches Dinner am Strand – alles war (gegen Aufpreis) überhaupt kein Problem. Auch auf die Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten meine"
