"Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Saratoga war durchweg sehr angenehm und absolut überzeugend. Die zentrale Lage in Palma ist ein großer Pluspunkt und macht das Hotel zu einem perfekten Ausgangspunkt, insbesondere für die Fiesta de San Sebastián. Viele Veranstaltungsorte, Plätze und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man das Fest und die Stadt ganz entspannt erleben kann, ohne auf Verkehrsmittel angewiesen zu sein. Die Zimmer sind modern, stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig, mit bequemen Betten und einer hochwertigen Ausstattung. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Details und Komfort gelegt wird. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen Produkten und einem aufmerksamen, freundlichen Service. Insgesamt ist das Personal ausgesprochen professionell, hilfsbereit und herzlich, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufwertet. Fazit: Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Stadthotel mit idealer Lage, hohem Komfort und exzellentem Service. Besonders für einen Aufenthalt rund um die Fiesta de San Sebastián eine hervorragende Wahl. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen."
