The room decor was lovely but not too comfortable. The bed sloped but the bedding was nice. The bathroom was wonderfully appointed as was the kitchenette. It was very quiet. The mineral pools were amazing. The service in Snug Pub was so slow that, even though we said we had an hours limit, we were delayed for our flight. There were lots of staff but no one paying attention so we had to ask for everything and wait about 20 mins to receive it.

Beautiful location, stunning views and the pools/spa are incredible. If you plan on dinner at the hotel you MUST make a reservation, even if it’s just for two people as they were both extremely busy. Our room was so big and luxurious. Definitely a place to return to. As soon as we arrived ALL staff was so friendly, happy and helpful.

Clean room, amazing view. Great food at the restaurants! Amazing staff. Was over all an amazing stay. My wife enjoyed the spa, and we definitely took advantage of the heated mineral pool and hot tubs! Highly recommend!
