Super convenient and centrally located. the room is very new and spacious with a kitchenette in a corner. Breakfast downstairs is very good. Supermarket, restaurants and shops close by. Would stay here again.

The hotel is well appointed with thoughtful touches, such as rubber gaskets around doors so that they do not bang and a second door between the room and the entry door to reduce hallway noise. It is conveniently located, walkable to most sights and restaurants.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area super convenient. The space was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee each morning. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which added to the overall positive experience. The only minor downside was the lack of full toiletries. While shampoo was provided, I usually rely on body wash, conditioner, and lotion when I travel, and those weren't available. It would be great if those could be added in the future. Otherwise, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay—I’d definitely consider returning!

Enjoyed the space of the apartment. Didn’t realize that the walk-in showers were only available in apartments on the third floor. Perhaps I missed this when booking. Because of mobility challenges, a walk-in shower is better for me instead of climbing over a bathtub. I will know for next time.

Great place to stay in the heart of Vienna!

Great location central to Vienna Inner City. Easy to walk to top attractions. Our room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette came in handy too. Highly recommend this hotel.
