The lady at the reception was totally pissed when I arrived. Rude and annoyed. Sent me to the wrong floor and told me the wrong wifi-password. Restaurant staff wasn't helpful either. I couldn't order food because the QR-Code didn't work with my phone. No one cared. I walked out and eat lunch at another place. The second time there my polish friend had to ask the waiter several times if there is any other option to order. They seem arrogant, bored and not in the mood for work.

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Leider nicht deutsch sprechend. Freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war hell, freundlich und sauber. Wegen Corona-Pandemie war der Haartrockner nicht angeschlossen. Das Frühstück sehr empfehlenswert. Das Restaurant genügt für eine kleine Mahlzeit. Über alles gesehen sehr zufrieden.

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti, henkilökunta puhui hyvää englantia ja oli tosi auttavainen. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, toki eri maksusta. Miinuksena oli jääkaapin puute huoneessamme. Metroon oli kävelyä 10 minuuttia.

Die Aufenthalt in dem Junior Suit war sehr enttäuschend, da wir in dem Zimmer nicht schlafen konnten. Obwohl wir die Ventilatoren, die für die Klimaanlage im Sommer zuständig sind, ausgemacht haben, lief die ganze Zeit ein Ventilator in dem Schlafzimmer. Es war sehr laut und sehr kalt, obwohl wir die Temperatur auf 25C gestellt haben. Unsere 20-monate alt Tochter hat sich erkältet und wir konnten nur im Vorzimmer auf der mini Couch und einem Beistellbett schlafen. Obwohl wir es gemeldet haben, hat sich niemand darum gekümmert, angeblich muss es so sein, damit frische Luft ins Zimmer kommt. Dazu wurde ein hohes Camping Bett für unsere Tochter (20-monate alt) gestellt, auf dem sie niemals schlafen könnte, da sie noch ein Gitterbettchen braucht. Wir waren sehr unausgeschlafen, müde und konnten unsere Reise nicht genießen. Wir werden nie wieder Holiday Inn buchen oder empfehlen.
