The pool T&C’s can be made clearer at the time of check-in that you’re restricted to only 1 free hour per day which makes this the first ever hotel pool across the world that you have to pay as a hotel customer. Also, the pool is overbooked in the evening and they allow customers from outside the hotel too which makes it feel like a communal lido type of experience. Lastly, rooms should be allocated roughly around the check-in times and send customers’ luggage that is stored in the reception storage in order to avoid the general business and overcrowding that happened during check-in.

All the hotel staff were wonderful, kind, and helpful. The room was always clean, and the breakfast was very diverse. The only thing that could be improved was the pool — it wasn’t warm enough, just mildly warm, which made it hard to get into on these cold days.
