Had an excellent stay at the Royal Regency Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice. The wifi was a little spotty but functional. There are quite a few places in the area to order from along with two restaurants in the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast is simple but enjoyable. Would recommended for anyone looking for a decent, budget stay.

My husband and I go to NY periodically to visit family and stay at the Royal Regency. This was the last time we stay there. The staff was awful! We booked to stay in a queen and were put in a full size room. Streaming services did not work during our stay and staff were unbothered. We asked for an early check in and had to wait to be attended. Staff was cold, dismissive and not welcoming at all, with the exception of the ladies hosting breakfast and cleaning ladies.

Absolutely a fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful and the room was immaculate and welcoming. Front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. Hotel was very quiet and nicely decorated even with a bunch of tables and chairs to do work in the lobby of the first floor-would absolutely come back here!
