Heating/cooling unit in room was loud and smelled when on. Impossible to turn on and adjust shower without stepping completely in and getting wet (only one door slides open).

The staff were wonderful. Esp. Michael at the front desk. Very helpful, knowledgeable of the area, and polite. Michael went out of his way to be sure my mom was comfortable. He even came up to the room and checked on us once we were in our room. Super Star for that added attention! The hotel was clean and had a comfortable vibe. We had two rooms. They were both very clean. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Healthy breakfast options were available. The food was fresh every day. We stayed 4 days. nothing change from the excellent quality we found when we arrived. They had a well stocked bar. The restaurant was attached and had an outside area that did not feel secluded. There was a few nice areas to sit and visit with family and friends. We were in for a wedding and several family members stopped in to see us. They all said they wish they had booked rooms with us. The place is safe. It is a fair price for the room. We really enjoyed the stay. Our mom is 91 and had no complaints. (which is rare!)

We had a 2 night stay. After parking we were greeted with the smell of weed. Soon as checked into our room the shower dispenser fell off the wall and shattered. The noise from both rooms on each side of us was so loud as if we didn’t have walls. We asked to moved rooms and ended up in another room with the same issue. We decided to checkout the next morning and was told we would be refunded for the night we didn’t stay. BIG SURPRISE…the hotel is refusing to refund us.

I was concerned with the first floor doors not lock , and so close to street in the back . Anyone having access coming in. Front staff was not consistent some were helpful and others lack communication skills. The breakfast staff were very friendly and nice. The location was great .

Spacious clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Delicious hot breakfast. The only thing is that our room window is directly looking at the houses on the opposite side of the street. Privacy is definitely an issue. You can also hear the busy street.
