Need quite place to sfay

Was good, but automatic check-in and check-out don't work properly, and at night on weekends there's a lot of noise. I think people coming from the club after drinking talk loudly outside the property since we have to leave the window open due to no air conditioning, and the cars, people, and church bells every 15 minutes didn't allow us to sleep well or rest enough.

Had to call the help desk as to the self-check in would not work, probably due to hotels.com providing them with the wrong surname, apart from that everything else was great

Good hotel.

Good hotel. Nice room. Parking is weird, you have to walk on the car ramp. No humans and no front desk, checkin worked fine but if you are not a techy person, you might have trouble.

I like this place, check-in was easy and they let me check-in a little earlier than i was supposed too. The room was perfect, bathroom was excellent plenty of hot water for the shower. Really nice place to stay, in the town centre with all amenities available, coffee shops and restaurants. Shopping centre and railway station.

Flexy stay

My room was very clean with a clean bathroom and was comfortable. Would stay again, but, for the checking in process. To gain access I had to stand outside in the street entering my Credit Card details and Passport number to gain entry., very uncomfortable. Then repeat the process inside. Room card did not work had to ring outside number for help. Had to ring again for help as password for WiFi was incorrect.

Bei uns hat leider das automatische check-in leider nicht funktioniert. Aber mit einem kurzen Telefonat hat es geklappt. Die Duschbrause machte mir mühe. Entweder ist Wasser aus dem Verbindungsstück zum Schlauch raus gedlossen oder die Brause spritze das Wasser an dir Wand. Aber für eine Nacht okey.

Zentral gelegen, gutes Self-Service-Hotel

Gute Lage mitten in Wil. Gleich beim Bahnhof und mit kostenlosen Garagen-Parkplätzen. Self-Check-in hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt sehr guter Zustand, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Gute Preis-Leistung.
