The property is not a 5 star hotel , it needs lots of upgrades and touch ups . Not much variety of the restaurants 3 restaurants. Room service terrible to get through and waited over an hour to get food once we got through . Waiters and waitresses are not friendly at all , waited a long time to get a drink or when ask for an extra item . We did get a massage was amazing ! But would not come back again to this hotel

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) I stayed at Dreams Resort in the Pods for 7 days to celebrate my 3rd anniversary. We booked expecting the 24/7 “butler service” that was advertised—but that wasn't the case. Our daytime butler, Rug, was amazing—professional, responsive, and attentive from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. However, after his shift ended, we couldn’t reach anyone. Calls went unanswered and service stopped completely. For a resort that promotes luxury and round-the-clock support, this was really disappointing. Thankfully, during the last 3 days of our stay, Romke took over the evening service and did an excellent job. Still, the inconsistent service left a bad impression, especially on a special trip. The food was average—about a 5/10 depending on your taste. The room was beautiful, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. Overall, the stay had some great moments, but for the price and the expectations set, the resort fell short.

The pool area was filthy that wasn’t for me and my wife. If you Google search it is beautiful but when you get there it’s nasty so we only stayed for one night and left the following day. We stayed on the 13th and we left on the 14th and I really need my refund backcause it wasn’t nice out there. It was very poorly. The food was cold and they made you wait for an hour for your food I upgrade on the liquor and they never gave me an upgrade. Cause it wasn’t nice out there. It was very poorly. The property/service was average. When you book with Dreams resort based on their other properties and locations they have a set standard and set the bar. This Dreams resort does not meet the average Dreams standard. It feels like they took over an older location and never made the adjustments to live up to the Dreams name.

This place was terrible. Nowhere near worth what it costs. Hallways smelled of mold, rooms full of ripped furniture, bathrooms moldy, closets rusty and worst of all…bugs crawling all over the food. Only stayed 1 night instead of 5 because it was so bad and they refused to refund any money.

Our stay was awesome and relaxing. The views at IL Mare were none like I’ve ever seen before. The staff was so warm and welcoming especially our butler *Sheny*. I would definitely go back.
