Rooms were huge, we had a ton of space. They offer US and EU plugs in the room, huge bathroom with a giant soaking tub, comfortable beds, the windows open all the way so you can air out the room and it’s nice at night. Friendly staff, beautiful courtyard. Breakfast in the morning was great, they had American style bacon and mimosas for free. Very convenient area, walkable to major areas of the city and lots of shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning service went above and beyond - folded my kids’ pyjamas and left a treat on their pillows. They were also thrilled to receive a stuffy at check in!

Great location, room for improvement in a few area

Nice hotel in a fantastic location. Not appropriate that the bathroom in a family room was fully visible, frosted glass would have made us all feel much more comfortable. Didnt get our free drinks, which was part of the VIP reward. Breakfast was nice. But it was just by chance that we discovered they made eggs to order. Not sure why it wasn't offered or advertised.

Property was very nice. You could tell property was dated but still was very clean. Breakfast was okay. Honestly expected the breakfast to be better. Most jams and such were packaged and not fresh. Overall very convenient if you need easy access to Zurich HB about a 8 minute walk. Most food in the area is extremely expensive. Overall still a great place.

convenient to all - shops, trains, buses

Convenient to shopping (Grocery, stores) and transportation. The hotel is @ the heart of it all within walking distance to the main train station. The lake is within 5 minutes walk. The room was pretty big and convenient. They set up 2 small cots for my kids, which they enjoyed.
