Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel weil auf der Durchreise, aber es hat uns gut gefallen, Gerne wieder.

Nicht überzeugend

Pros: Das bequeme Bett
Cons: Freundlichkeit des Personals
Das Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich (Service und Rezeption). Wir haben extra im Vorfeld angerufen und um ein early check-in gebeten. Dies wurde uns telefonisch bestätigt. Bei unserer Ankunft war aber nichts vermerkt und wir erhielten die Zimmer erst nach ewigen Diskussionen. Sehr mühsam. Zudem war es in der Nacht (Samstag) sehr laut bis in die Morgenstunden aufgrund von trinkenden Personen direkt vor dem Hotel. War nicht sehr angenehm.

Nicht alles was glänzt ist Gold

Naja diejenigen die verantwortlich sind für diese Aufnahmen die man von diesem Hotel sieht denen muss man sagen RESPEKT. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Orts Bahnhof inkl Busbahnhof. Für diejenigen die mit der Straßenbahn unterwegs sind mag das ja von Vorteil sein aber wenn Sie denken das es dort RUHIG zu geht... ja dann sollte man es doch lieber lassen. Die Türgriffe sind sehr abgegriffen das echt billig aus. Habe mir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf dem Innenhof geben lassen was dann auch Gott sei dank leiser war. Die zimmer sehen definitiv nicht so aus wie in Bildern beworben viel schlichter und auch schlechter finde ich zumindest. Das schönste an diesem Hotel ist die echt sehr gute Matratze. Das Frühstück ... nicht einmal Kuchen gab es. Das Personal ist bemüht ... . Mehr kann man dazu leider nicht sagen. Ich werde sicher nicht nochmal in diesem Hotel übernachten oder es jemandem empfehlen.
