Rooms are very small, expensive and not worth the value, no soap and shampoo, shower can be tripped hazard, hotel is located on major main bus/railway station which causes continuous noises. Receptionist was not friendly.

We spent two nights at Swiss Chocolate by Fassbind in Zurich and really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the fun chocolate-themed decor. A sweet and cozy spot to relax after exploring the city!

Great Location, numerous eating options right in the heart of old town and less than a 10 minute walk to the Banhof! Very safe area as well. Room was clean, European spartan, but everything you need. Check-In/Check-Out was very simple.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The room was very clean. My only suggestions would be to provide some drawer space (for example, a working night table rather than the decorative one) and have firmer pillows available.

Great for short stays!

We had a one night stay at the Swiss Chocolate at it was lovely. Such a fun quirky hotel, with an ample supply of chocolate in the fountain. My room was a single room with a lofted layout, which i needed to be careful at night during any descents to the bathroom. The room was very clean and had the amenities i needed to be comfortable.
