The host was most receptive and quick to answer all the questions I had. The cabin is right on the river with the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad track straight across. It's peaceful and scenic. The cabin is small and warm. I felt welcomed and hope to visit again!

Clean rooms all the staff was excellent. Jessica told us about a couple of good restaurants to eat at. Breakfast was good waffles and muffins .

Best Western Plus River Escape Inn & Suites
The hot tub was very hot and clean. As well as the pool. Its indoor, too. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was hot and good every morning. The room was clean and it is a no smoking facility. The view was awesome and the hotel area was clean and secluded. And an awesome view of mountain rock ...

Harrah's Cherokee – A Caesars Rewards Destination
The sheets were very uncomfortable. Felt like sand paper. I had to go buy some soft ones. Our wait for fast food pick up was an hour. The room spelt like smoke when we walked in. The toilet is very low to the floor. The room can use some up the date furniture

Cherokee Grand Hotel
The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was cereal milk coffe muffins but not eggs bacon or waffles available. There was fruit, juice milk but nothing hot. Everything was great except the breakfast. Clean rooms also. I would stay there again but eat breakfast at Melba’s.
