"Positives: Staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Negatives: we had to switch rooms because the air conditioning didn't work in the original room. In the second room, one of the mattresses was awful, you could feel the springs. It didn't feel like it had padding at all. Breakfast is from 6am ..."
