"Unfortunately my stay at Urban Lifestyles Guest House was a complete disappointment. The door into the room could not be locked from the outside and had to be changed. There was no hot water (afternoon, evening nor early morning) and I was told that it is to be expected due to the electricity outages ..."

"Staff communication and leadership by management needs a lot of improvement. It was a nightmare making the booking to start with and we were expected to pay for breakfast during checkout even through staff had confirmed it was inclusive of our stay when we specifically asked during checkin."
