The hotel looks old from the outside but our room was clean, comfortable and modern. Tasty cooked to order breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff! Great value.

The only reason I gave it a 1, was because the staff was friendly, outdated Hampton in with a dirty bathroom ( hair everywhere) terrible mattress, air conditioner was so load it was hard to sleep and the breakfast was bad, unfortunately Americus doesn’t have a lot of choices, I paid the same price ...

Very worn down rooms. I wasn’t expecting much, only stayed there because it’s close to the job. But when you go to use a towel and it has booty stains on it…. Unacceptable!
