Great room and nice view and staff, but the private pool was not cleaned when we got there so we couldn’t really enjoy it; instead it got cleaned the morning we were supposed to check out. Most beatiful hotel we have been to. Amazing staff that provides great recommendations. One of the most amazing view of the volcano. Very quit and peaceful. Breakfast were delicious.
