We did not get a room with a balcony, microwave, premium Egyptian bedding, on site parking, snack bar/deli, bar/lounge or garden - all confirmed on our booking confirmation. Mondello Glam Hotel
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean. Breakfast is delicious. The only 2 issue we had was that the rooms are very small; and that there are mosquitoes and the housekeeping staff keeps the balcony doors open thus letting them in the room.
