NO HOT WATER! Beautiful grounds, good food, clean, nice beacheven thou h h it was 187 stairs. Rooms were tired and needing updating and more Fitbit.

Due to a health situation, I was unable to travel and contacted the hotel to ask if a family member could use the two nights in my place, or if I could receive a credit for future use. Their only response was to contact the agency through which I made the reservation. ...

Restaurant staff friendly at the breakfast area and by the pool, front desk too but one member of staff was rude her name she said was Fatima , she was nothing friendly at all and every time I asked her for something she was rude. Besides that everyone was nice.
