No hot water in the bathroom sink. TV remote was broken and appeals to the front desk were meaningless. The only way to turn off the TV was to unplug it. Cabinet drawer pull came of in my hand. Door bottom smoke seal set too low making. Discussion with general manager was like talking to my dog.
