Not necessarily a “nice” hotel but you can’t beat the location and the history of the building is one of a kind.

Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown by IHG
It was a bit of a smaller space but the stay was nice. We had the most trouble with the parking garage more than anything. Incredibly tight and had issues with our parking card, etc. The hotel was very accommodating with it all.
