Walls between rooms not very soundproof. Could hear a woman in the room next door talking, laughing and cackling with someone on her speaker phone late at night. It is an older, historical building but they could do a better job sound proofing the rooms.

First room hadn’t been cleaned. 2nd room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, found some stuff in a drawer. Maintenance looked like it was done by an amateur.
