No hot water the entire first day of our stay and did not have hot water till 8 a.m. the next day. We told front desk staff 3 times about it and was just told it was because there was so many people using the water. A big hotel like that should always have hot water. A whole day without hot water is unacceptable

This is an older hotel that has been nicely updated in the lobby and dining areas. We enjoyed the continental breakfast in a very nicely decorated area that was quiet and away from the main entrance. Our room was clean and also updated, but the door that joined our room to the one beside us was not fitted well and the guests in that room, while probably not intending to be noisy... were. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows weren't the greatest.
