Rooms were very clean, we stayed 2 night, even had room service, which is practically nonexistent in the day and age. They made our beds, gave us fresh towels and amenities!! Staff was very friendly, the bar was great. Only downfall was, the hot tub was not working (and obviously hasn't been for some time!!) Conveniently located, decently priced, would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The staff was so so kind and helped me and my boyfriend with everything. My only complaint was the beds were so so firm. We couldn’t get comfortable and ended up leaving but other than that, the hotel was beautiful, just not for us. Also Expedia has it listed that there’s an arcade/game room but they do not have it anymore.

We were kept up most of the night of our stay by young girls running through the hall and knocking on doors. At one point there was a man yelling so load it echoed through the pool room because he was tired of the noise. When we told the front desk nothing was offered.

The location of our room wasn't ideal, we were on the ground floor right behind the lounge/buffet area and we could hear the music playing and people who were in the lounge at night which made sleeping difficult. The breakfast buffet itself was underwhelming, less food options on Friday than on the weekend. I am at least happy that our rooms were clean and that check in and out was easy.

When we initially went to check in we were told our room wasnt ready. The pool was over crowded due to a party, the hot tub was out of service. We reserved a room worh a jacuzzi tub and the water in the room wasn't warm luke warm at best. There were kids running the halls all hours of the night being loud also loud music being played in the middle of the night. In the morning a couple was fighting in the hall and the food was thrown at one if them and all through the hallway..we booked this for our anniversary and was a complete let down.

Our phone, tv and thermostat were not working. We had to have maintenance come fix them. The room was clean. The hotel was clean. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!

The staff was fine. The property seems dated, and I felt like I was in 1987. Functionally things were in working order, although weekday breakfast was poor. May try again as price was very reasonable though.
