First of all, the location ! From the hotel entrance, the doormen/bellboys, and the luxurious atmosphere of the lobby to the female staff member who assisted me at check-in, everything was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I was satisfied with every aspect of my stay, and this is definitely a place I want to come back :)

I really loved my stay. All the staff reception, bellmen, and concierge were super nice and helpful. The room was very beautiful, clean, and classy. The breakfast was really good and had plenty of options.

The annex was definitely a downgrade from the rest of the hotel (the alley entrance was plagued by vagrants) but the main building, facilities, and staff are all very much 5 star.

Room service staff amenities were all fantastic the room we had was a little small though and we was right near a lift which was noisy with people coming in and out also from the street on the side of the room seemed like there was a courier or waste company also lots of noise from there early in the morning too

Excellent hotel. We had some delays on room availability by around 20 mins on checkout but we were fairly compensated (€150 bar voucher) and after checking we realised one of the two sinks was blocked. Upon raising this to hotel staff they gave us more compensation (€150 bar voucher) for the inconvenience. All in all very positive experience and professional hospitality. Breakfast was also delicious and freshly made options available rather than just buffet services like most hotels which was a plus.

The first night we had no AC and it was extremely hot. A fan was brought at 12:38 a.m., but it was loud, dirty, and had a 2-hour timer, so we had to wake up constantly to turn it back on. The dam view was beautiful but very noisy, and we couldn’t sleep any of the four nights. Amenities and staff were great, and everything was clean, but overall the stay was uncomfortable.
