Although we paid extra for sea view, but the hotel did not give us what we requested. When we told them, the staff were very unfriendly. They say it is partially facing the sea. Our room 1605 was unhygienic, the bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning. I do not recommend the hotel as a 5 star. I would rate it as 3 star.

The view of my room was so beautiful faving the sea, though the class was not clean to see through properly. Tha balcony though have chairs but were not clean and ready for customers to sit and enjoy. The view of the breakfast area was amazing and there was a good variety of good food. The cleaning team was my big concern, no cleaning but just fixing the bed and changing the toilet papers and towels. All the furniture were so old and not up to date or matching the five star hotel with high price. Phones and hair driers were not working. If you ask any service to the room they charge extra 3 euro. The money paid was way more than the value of the property.

We really enjoyed how to work. The location is perfect. It’s very close to the town so you can go and see so many beautiful spots. There are in town. The marina and the old town is so close very easy parking underground and the breakfast was really good. I will recommend it.

The location was good, quiet with an approx. 15 minute walk to the square and restaurants. The hoel does provide an amazing breakfast. The sta at reception were good and prompt on any requests. The work of house keeping is questionable. When we arrived, we found used chewing gum on the bedside cupboard and a cigarette butt on the floor of the balcony which was there for the 4 days that we were there. On another day, when we returned to the room, it as supposed to have been cleaned. We found only the toiletries were replaced and the bed not made. We informed reception and left the room for house keeping to go in. On our return, we found this time the towels were replaced, bed not made and the cigarette butt still on the floor. This tells me that the room and balcony floors have never been mopped. Very disappointing.

Wonderful relaxing stay in spite of terrible weather 2 of the three days. Great views, great breakfast and buffet dinner, friendly staff, great location, fabulous bathroom, very comfortable big bed and room with terrace. Loved restaurant, pool area, Turkish dancing show, convenience to Old Town but calmer by sea. My husband loved gym. Only thing was sliver view from terrace was disappointing.

Staff were very courteous and helpful, check in and out very easy. We had valet parking which avoided the problems of trying to find street parking. Activities staff were very good and made everyone comfortable in joining the various activities during the days and nights. Turkish night and dancing was a good night involving quite a few guests. The piano man in the lobby was just superb and relaxing. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner were also good with a huge variety of food to select. Overall experience was very good and enjoyable. By the way great pool looking over the cliffs and water.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Absolutely Loved My Stay at Ramada Plaza! The food was amazing, with a huge selection to choose from every day. The hotel was spotless, and the lobby always smelled lovely — it made a great first impression. The reception staff were available 24/7, super helpful, and spoke English, which was a big plus. Our hotel room was cleaned daily, and for all-inclusive guests, the fridge was restocked every day — a really nice touch! All the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The Old Bazaar is only a 15-minute walk away — just follow the tram line. Super convenient for a bit of local shopping and exploring. After a dip in the pool, there’s a selection of saunas to relax in. For more experienced swimmers, you can even take a dip in the seafront right at the bottom of the property. Plus, you get great views across the sea — perfect for photos! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only disappointment was having to leave!

We had such a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Antalya! After an overnight journey from Cappadocia, we arrived much earlier than the official check-in time (2 PM). We were a bit worried, but the reception staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to arrange an early check-in for us and even allowed us to use the hotel facilities before our room was ready — a first-time experience for me that truly showed how much they care about guest satisfaction. The property itself is beautiful with amazing views, great facilities, and very comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The combination of hospitality and value makes this hotel stand out. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Antalya — and without a doubt, I’ll be choosing this hotel again in the future! 🙂
