hotel staff was super friendly and made my first solo trip a blast. super easy instructions for food delivery and there’s tons of stores and outlets walking distance from hotel. room was clean and kept, would definitely come back/ recommend.

Good quality, right next to the convention center.

Close to the convention center. Good dining nearby, although the selection and quality at Tun Tavern was way down from previous years and it showed in the number of patrons there. as there was hardly anybody there during the busy dinner hours.

Old and average at best

The Sheraton was nice, but old and needs a remodel. The a/c in the room was barely noticeable on high. We wew hot both nights. The room was was kept clean and the housekeeping did a great job. That was the best part of the stay. Parking is located accross the street in the convention center and considering the $20 @ night charge definitely not worth the long walk. The gift shop/coffee shop employees were friendly and nice. The front desk staff were not. Sad to say but we probably won't be back to this Sheraton.

Pet friendly, quiet (no gambling) and very friendly and accommodating staff (a request is acted upon immediately). I like the valet parking service - very convenient. This is our go-to hotel every time we visit this area if New Jersey for the past 10-12 years.

I was given a disable bathroom and my room was not cleaned on Sunday and even when I requested for 2 towels to take a shower on Sunday night when I returned to see my room not clean and 2 bottle water they didn't bring it. It's a mess.

Room quality isn’t what it used to be

Unfortunately my bathroom was dirty when I checked in. There was a used wash cloth on the shower, a dirt ring in the sink, the toilet was dirty and there was hair in the sink. The bathtub was peeling, the bathroom light made this weird clanking sound every time you turned it on and the room itself smelled musty.
