We had a beautiful stay. The room we were given appeared to be an upgrade with a beautiful view of the Marina. We really appreciated this special touch! We did have some trouble figuring out the room service menu. We use the QR code to scan and while it said it was 24 hour room service, I was not able to place my order. I went downstairs to make an order at the restaurant, and the server was gracious enough to send it up to the room as we were exhausted from a long days travel. Again, we really appreciated this nice touch. Overall, a short comfortable stay and would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place. One thing worth mentioning, we booked this because I thought it was where Norwegian cruise line would be sailing from. However, I was told that it was a 10 minute Taxi drive from here and not recommended to walk given it was not safe.

Convenient for cruisers

We are repeat customers. The showers are great, rooms large and bed comfortable. We stay here for short stays before a cruise. The hotel is in great condition however they put us on the side of the cruise port and we literally heard it pull in the morning. So it was a bit noisy. You may want to stay on the opposite side if you prefer a quiet room. The hotel is close to the mall and the Ramblas — will definitely stay again.

Checking in could have been more accommodating. We arrived earlier than friends also staying at hotel and their room was ready upon arrival. We had to wait a few hours until 'official' check-in. Our bags were delivered to another room!!! So Id give this place 3 stars at the most.

Would recommend this location for anyone going to the port for a cruise or centrally located near La ramble st. Easy to walk to the metro or take a taxi. Great staff and breakfast. This is our second stay with them.

Hop on hop off bus stop was right at the hotel. Food court with very nice restaurants was about 20 minute walk from Eurostar Marina hotel. La Rambla & Boqueria Mkt very touristy but fun places are within walking distance. We stayed at Eurostar pre-cruise. It was close to cruise port. I dont suggest walking to the port because you have to cross a very high bridge. I did see people walking it though.

Great staff and cafe beside the hotel is vey yummy but stay away from the Greenvita. Staff is very unfriendly. Out of 40 tables, only one was occupied and the staff would not allow me to sit by the window as I was only one. They wanted to put me behind a post. The place was totally empty and they would rather lose my business than let me sit by the window.

Loved the location and proximity of the hotel. Hotel was clean and well maintained. However, hotel did not have any spa services (outside vendor only) and food at the hotel was mediocre and below what one would expect from a higher end hotel. One other weird aspect of the hotel is you could not leave your credit card to charge room service or other purchases at hotel without having to go down and pay each time. They also do not offer currency exchange (apparently they had issues and have discontinued). If you can get over these quirks, it is a decent hotel. Not sure if I’ll stay there next time I go to Barcelona.
