Great location. Walked from the Passieg de Garcia station in about 20 mins. Fantastic bathroom and shower. Lived the Rituals lotion etc. room a bit small but very typical for Europe. Will definitely stay here again. Roof top little bar/restaurant was excellent.

The hotel was great, but there is some road construction making catching a Taxi a little difficult. However the surrounding area is mostly walkable so it was easy to manage.

This hotel was perfect in every way except they did not have an on-site fitness facility. Even though there was not a facility on-site, they will accommodate you to use the facility at another H10 location free of charge. Everything else was perfect from the shower, bed, 2 bars, and the restaurant in the basement. There was always fresh fruit, cookies, and sweets at the front counter. I loved my stay.

Great place to stay.

Very comfortable stay! Comfy bed and very clean room. Quiet building. Even sound from the road construction in front of the building wasn’t noticeable inside the hotel. Staff very friendly & professional. They called a taxi for me when I was leaving and the driver came into the lobby to pick me up. Great rooftop terrace with hot tub and fantastic city view.

Excellent Customer Service

This hotel group do a lot to make you feel welcome and special. Welcome drink at check in, there are snacks available as well. We arrived a few hours before check in time, but as our room was ready, we were checked in early with no issues. The staff at reception made sure that we had everything we needed and asked if we needed recommendations for restaurants or tours. Very good experience!!
