We had a great stay. Hotel close to everything and rooms are very spacious. The complimentary wine ans the cookies was a very nice touch!

We turned on the AC and there was a foul sewer smell that permeated the room. It was late at night and we tried to call the front desk but the room phone did not have any directory and we couldn’t find information on how to dial the front desk. We were concerned that the fumes were noxious so we slept with opened windows until finally we closed them because of loud noise from the Rambla. The next morning upon checking out the front desk was unapologetic and lectured me about where I should have found the front desk number. The room was otherwise nice but did not have complimentary bathrobes and there was no carpet which seemed odd. It would not recommend this hotel for the price.

Loved the hotel and staff

The room was large and the king bed super comfortable!!! The breakfast was wonderful as well. The only thing is sometimes you feel the subway underneath the building but it didn’t matter to us. This is our second time staying at the hotel! Loved it and the location is great!!

This property has a beautiful pool and lounge area where you can lie down on cosy palapa, sit at tables or lay back in pool chairs and have a drink while you take in the beautiful view! The rooms are so modern and clean with plenty of hot water and great air conditioning. Rooms are also spacious and have a small balcony (just to stand and check out the weather/people watch)

Would highly recommend. Great value for the price. Right near all the action in the city. Close to buses, etc. Very nice room and rooftop bar, restaurant and pool. Front desk was very helpful.

A let down again

I love this hotel and have been many times and one of the reasons is because of the roof top pool and bar but once again they didn’t open the roof top bar and blamed it on the weather when it was dry and got it’s just ridiculous especially when there was only 20 people up there altogether using the pool and when I asked them why it wasn’t opening at night so I could say my Australian friends I was told because of the weather which is ridiculous there was no rain it was hot. There was not even a breeze.
