Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
If not for the restaurant, we would return without a second thought. If we were to, given the high standard of the other facilities, we would not even contemplate breakfast given a poor half-board experience.
Reception - Excellent
Room - excellent, but for fibres around the room, especially with the headboard

Restaurant - Much to be desired. Slow turnover of tables, causing large delays. The hotel specific app indicates a booking system, but was told when arriving at the selected time that it was a throwback from Covid and that we needed to wait. Time given was inaccurate, and though captain had done his best to relay our disappointment, the head waiter dismissed us by speaking to the captain in Spanish (me da igual) which was not appreciated due to the tone, words used or the choice to say in Spanish when addressing customers in English.
