The hotel is in an amazing location right next to Brandenburg gate. You can feel the history throughout the building. However, rooms need and upgrade, tiny fridges, not many minibar or snack items, very small shower for a deluxe room. Also, despite there being many available tables, the constant waiting at breakfast does not help.

This is the best hotel in Berlin but it's more than that to us. Its a wonderful experience filled with first class customer service. The staff make it work. No one will walk past you without acknowlegding you. The hotel itself is wonderful and the location is great, near transportation, but its the great staff that really make it. Thank you.

The hotel is very luxurious and located right on the front line facing the Brandenburg Gate. The staff and hotel facilities, along with the culinary experience, are simply perfect.
