Loved everything about this property - furnishings, cleanliness, comfortable beds (SO important), and especially the outside fireplace where we gathered most nights! It's not close to the tennis courts, but great location to a pool!

New Years in Palmetto Bluff

We recently stayed in the Moreland area of Palmetto Bluff - the house was just as advertized - clean and convenient to Coles and the Canteen. High end appliances and just well equipped enough to cook for seven folks. About a 10 minute drive to the Montage and 12 minutes to Wilson Village - recommend this house for those looking at Palmetto Bluff.

Great house, great location!

We loved staying in this house. We had 3 kids and 3 different families. It was perfect for all of us. The home is super clean and offered us plenty of space. We had parking for all 3 of our vehicles. It was very easy to walk to The Canteen, the pool, and fishing. My one negative is that the home only came with one set of keys! I wish we had more than one set for each family. We know that PB is safe, but we had some electronics in the house and wanted to lock our doors when we left. Otherwise it was great, and we would stay here again!

Palmetto Bluff is incredible!

We had the best stay! The home was impeccable, beautiful, comfortable and well designed for 2 families. The kids 8-10 had a great time exploring, fishing, swimming and the restaurants in PB and downtown Bluffton are top notch! We will absolutely recommend this vacation home to many and we will be back! Thank you for the family memories in a luxury setting.

We really enjoyed this rental. One thing I did just want to share is for anyone not very familiar with the area, you are a bit limited with what you can do if you are not a hotel guest or member, but nonetheless, we still thoroughly enjoyed it. Hope to come back soon!

Very comfortable house, air conditioning worked great, good wifi, nice ice machine, could use more toilet paper and better instructions on dish washer. We really enjoyed our stay and access to the pool was fabulous. Long drive to get in and out of development, but a soothing drive when we weren't in a hurry.

Very comfortable lodging!

The house was very comfortable for our family. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious front porch for our morning coffee. We enjoyed riding the bikes - they were a nice "perk". What was especially endearing was how the owners left things there for guests to use if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic necessities, as well as extras. It was really nice, and we would stay there again in a HEARTBEAT!

Lovely, well equipped home with even a Christmas tree!

My entire family had a great time in a lovely, clean, comfortable, & well-equipped home that even had toys for my 2 1/2 year old grandson and great knives!! There were eight of u,s and I wish we had had a larger living area with more comfortable chairs and a dining table that could seat more people. Also it would have been great if we had had access to the Moreland neighbor-hood pool and game room facilities but we had a ball at the other facilities only they were farther away. Palmetto Bluff is a idyllic and classy place and I would definitely like to return, but would start praying right now for No RAIN! As much as I loved staying in that charming house with all my family, I would have loved more time out on those fabulous bike trails exploring! I’ll be back!!

Perfect weekend getaway

The home was as advertised and nicely furnished. Moreland still is getting built up so you feel a bit remote out there compared to Wilson village, but it’s a short run or bike away. The home is perfect for families with young children and an excellent layout with a cute bunk bed room for young children as well as entertainment area away from adults. Highly recommend the home. Be aware that you will not be able to use most of the Moreland amenities such as the closest pool to you (about 1/10 mile from home) or closest restaurant as these are reserved for property owners only. Rather, you will have to travel by car or bike to the canoe club pool And Wilson village restaurants which, while not too much of a schlep, are not quite as convenient

Amazing home in an awesome resort community!

Beautiful and brand new modern coastal home with impeccable design — feels like something out of a magazine! The house was well-appointed with everything our family needed, and we enjoyed kayaking, boating, biking, swimming, basketball, treehouses, restaurants, and of course nightly s’mores at Palmetto Bluff. One of our most favorite family trips!
