Overall the stay was good! Conveniently located right next to the convention center. Not worth the price except for the location of walking.

Booked multiple rooms for multiple nights (3) and the staff was flexible and professional working with us through the multi-billing process. Building was clean and well kept. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but fulfilled its purpose and help us get through to lunch during our events. Plenty of food options nearby, but not necessarily within walking distance. Our event was at the Ford Center a couple of miles away, but just a quick 10 min drive.

We had a great time staying here while visiting family. It was advertised that egg and potato dishes were rotated out, but we were there 4 days and it was the same every day.

I requested that the sofa bed be made up prior to our arrival as we were going to be checking in late. This didn’t happen. I was so disappointed because my daughter was sick and I had to go down to the front desk and get all of the items to make the bed, they weren’t even in the room.

Well placed in central Nampa. All the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. Ive stayed here a couple times and i will definitely be back.

Poor restaurant service

The front desk was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was very attentive. We decided to go to the restaurant around for dinner. The moment we walked in our waitress was extremely rude. They were out of a lot of food and she acted like we were a bother to her. We stayed for a while and had drinks and were told the bar closed at 10. At 9 o’clock the waitress/bartender shut off the lights in the restaurant and went down the hall. Later she returned and again was continuing to be rude. The entire time she treated us like we were a bother. We will not be staying there again
