My review of Hennan Prime Beach Resort: This resort is in Station 1, which is the quietest, most opulent end of the long beach strip. Best for couples and families. If you want the party atmosphere of Borocay, it is best to stay in Station 2. We upgraded to an oceanfront suite, and it was very large and nice. The room comes with a small fridge, which was handy. The serving staff are pretty much the friendliest and kindest in the world. Everything is immaculate. The breakfast buffet (which is included) has an astonishingly wide array of choices, and the selection changes every day. If you want to be treated like a king, this is the place to be. For example, on our last day it was raining. The hotel is split into two parts: oceanside and garden side. The checkout is on the garden side. As we were about to cross the narrow road, a large umbrella suddenly materialized from a staff person. Incredibly nice! From 6-9pm, they have a lounge singer at the bar where basic drinks are 120 pesos = $3cdn. We look forward to returning!

Such a pleasant experience! I’ve been going to Boracay but it was my first time staying with Henann and never regret! Their staff are amazinggggg! Theyre all helpful, respectful, and thoughtful. Marianne from the restaurant is always smiling, sweet to my mom and provided excellent service. Toffee who checked us in was kind and thoughtful enough to gave us a room next to elevator bec I was with mom. Kuya Odon who drove was also very helpful and took care of us. All staff are super nice! Breakfast menu is different each day we always look forward! I love this place and definitely my home in the island!

Overrated Hotel with Poor Service — Not the Real Boracay Experience I’ve been to Boracay several times, and this is my first time being truly disappointed with a hotel stay. The place is completely overrated — from the food service to the overall atmosphere. The beach in front of the hotel is overcrowded with sellers constantly approaching guests. You can barely relax without being asked for money every ten minutes, and the hotel does absolutely nothing to manage it. It feels chaotic and far from the genuine Boracay vibe. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant service. I ordered a dish based on the ingredients described in the menu, but what I received was completely different. When I mentioned it to the staff, instead of taking responsibility and making things right, they insisted on charging for it. The salad was only around $10 — it wasn’t about the money, but about how poorly the situation was handled. After two nights (which were prepaid), we decided to switch hotels to Aqua, and we’re much happier there. The difference in service, atmosphere, and professionalism is like night and day. I’m writing this review to share my honest experience and warn future travelers — the hotel looks great online, but the reality is disappointing. Boracay has so many wonderful places to stay, but unfortunately, this is not one of them.

The ability to access the beach from the resorts restaurant was what blew us away! The service was top notch, very available for our every little need. They were exceptionally attentive. Lastly the rooms were kept so proper and felt very comfortable and clean. The massages were soo well done too!
