I mostly liked the experience but, no key cards when we checked in. Shower didn’t work. The desk told us a special way but there should have been directions posted. There was a sticky mouse trap by the bed.

My room was damp, had an order and ants. I asked to be moved rooms, the request was dismissed. I was in this room a week and the room was only partially serviced each time. The breakfast ended 30 mins early each day of my stay. I had no resolution to my concerns.

Stay away from the 6th floor

I was put into room 612 and right next door was the elevator machinery Every time someone used the elevator I would hear a loud sound that went until midnight and then again at 5:30 AM. I was able to change rooms for the second night. The breakfast I would give 4 stars for this type of hotel. Lots of selections. Room was fine.

This Best Western is showing its age. Corridor rugs are dirty and worn. The colors - brown and black - are also dark and not very inviting. The room is okay, but bed linens seemed like they could have been cleaner. Bathroom had poor patching of plaster. Overall the BW is fine if you just need a cheap place to stay overnight, but not as nice as the slightly more expensive other hotels in the area. One plus is their free breakfast seemed nice than other hotel's.

Location of the hotel was pretty convenient for the purpose of our visit.. Right next to the highway and its a pretty decent hotel with a not so bad breakfast options and coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day. Our little one enjoyed the pool which is kept clean. The Tavern has an elaborate list of beers on tap!! and food options..
