Our room lacked a microwave which is usually present! Plus, offering at least 2 cups of coffee for the two of us would be wonderful! Otherwise it was clean, comfortable and easy.

Staff was Terrible at delivering informations and our room smell like greay pan. - I wasn’t aware of the shuttle service but was inform that they have one. I never used the shuttle system before so I wasn’t aware how this worked. I asked for more information and maybe a schedule of the shuttle? And the from the desk rep said there is no shuttle schedule but it runs every 15 min. Little did I know, when I ask the shuttle driver we should just meet you back here whenever we are done. He said we need to call him because they don’t come unless you call them. The Shuttle driver was nice enough to provide me with the shuttle phone # and few direction… but he seemed pretty annoyed that I ask him for the information. When we came back to hotel, we notice ppl returning the bike it was around 9PM when I asked the front desk, he said: You can only rent a bike before sundown. So I return next day @ 5 30PM to rent a bike for an hour they said they can’t lend me a bike because it ends at 5:30PM. 5:30PM is NOT a sundown! At that point I complaint, about the bike and the shuttle system…. AND our room smelling like a greasy pan…( Our room was right behind the bar ) . The rep was nice enough to offer a credit for $35 dollars but I rather gotten a warm friendly explanation of the correct hotel amenities. Staying inside the hotel was horrible (due to the smell) and getting around the hotel was hard too. BTW, it’s NOT 15 min shuttle… It usually takes minimum of 25 minutes for them to grab you.

Lovely rooms just horrible layout with having to walk through the restaurant to get to the stuffy hallway to the room. The signs were not helpful to point us in the needed direction and Malik just stated to go to the elevators behind the wall. Dont use this hyatt if you need to use the shuttle service as it only has "three stops" that it makes
