Always a pleasant stay

I think this is the 4th year that we’ve been staying at this property for a long summer weekend. Great location, walk to the beach. Close to all kinds of great restaurants between there and New Buffalo. Rain? No problem, plenty to do around the area.

Such a great place!

We always say, “We should stay here!” & never do, but this place we did!!! We stayed here 3 years ago & again this summer. Does. Not. Disappoint. Weko Beach & great food everywhere!

Bday trip

We loved being able to walk to the beach! We ate at Cubbies in town and went to the beach and pier in St. Joseph too. We ate at a cute pizza place close to the beach that looked like an old train station. There was a cafe nearby with great coffee and desert too! Really enjoyed our trip.

Cozy Stay

Loved our stay, was a short walk to the beach and Molly's Beach walk a very cute little dinner named after the owners granddaughter. Also was a short drive to St Joe to one of my new favorite restaurant 221 Main Restaurant, ask for the rooftop dinning/bar if its nice. Overall the unit though was perfect, parking was right outside. The unit had everything we needed. Also they were extremely responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Great Place for relaxing gateway

It's a really nice place, looks pretty new. The most important thing to note is that this is single room - on the pictures it looks like the bed separated by a barn door, but its actually a pull down bed. The biggest winner here is the area around you - the beach is 10 min walking distance, and there are tons of places to visit.

Cute apartment walking distance to the beach

The apartment was a great location within walking distance to the beach and to the main downtown area with a few restaurants. It's a quiet little town, good for a relaxing few days. The apartment was just like new, very clean and an efficient use of a small space, with plenty of room for the two of us. The murphy bed was also comfortable. It was nice that Jennifer provided good recommendations around the area and the instructions about check-in were very clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Small quaint studio

2 night stay
.just enough space for 2 adults. Nice that they fit a small kitchen area and full bath. Loved the idea of a Murphy bed! Jennifer was very respon and sent a lot of things to do in the area/ about the local interests too!

Perfect for the weekend

We had a great stay here, only a 2 min drive to beach, you could walk but there is plenty of parking at beach, or a nice bike ride there. Plenty of small towns within a 15 min drive. We had a blast grabbing our coffee and heading to the beach in the mornings. Sunsets were perfect as well. Communication was wonderful! We will want to go back!

Don't judge a book by its cover

The outside of the complex looks very unassuming, but the inside has been beautifully remodeled. We love the location/proximity to the beach. This is our 2nd year staying at this complex. Last year we went with a 1 bedroom, but prefer the studio better. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is small, but has everything you need. Nearby is the Cubby Bar, great food/fish fry and friendly people. The ice cream shop has Sherman's ice cream. Just down the road is a Swedish Bakery - to die for salted chocolate chip cookies. We also ate at the Red Arrow Cafe, which also has great food. The only negatives were - no coffee table in front of the couch/tv and there are no curtains - only blinds. This unit faces the parking lot, so light does come in from there. Hope to be back again next year. Very relaxing weekend, away from an overcrowded New Buffalo.

The place is cute and perfect for 1-2 people. I was there with my wife and toddler son and it was tight at times given that we were all sharing that studio space. Appliances are not full size but fine for this apartment. Unfortunately the AC blew right at us so it was uncomfortable to have the AC turned on while we were sleeping. We wish the AC was located someplace else in the apartment. What you’re paying for is location: it is really close to Weko beach.

Wonderful Stay

We had a sister trip (3 of us in total) and this was perfect for our stay! The place was clean, easy to get in and out of, cozy and had a lot of amenities. The only thing we noticed that could be better is for the apartment to be stocked as if 3 people were always staying there. For instance, a set of 3 cups, 3 mugs, a blanket for the couch pull out bed (rather than just sheets), and a mirror in the main area for people getting ready not just in the bathroom. Most of these things are just preference, but would make the stay a bit smoother for when three people stay! A wonderful apartment that we would stay in again!
