The rooms were stunning, finished to a luxurious standard with high ceilings and separate bath and shower rooms. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The dining room was very opulent and the breakfast had a wide selection of high quality food and drinks. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

The Aurea Ana is a beautiful hotel in a very good location. We were convenient to shopping and restaurants. The breakfasts were very good, And the hotel restaurant was comfortable, good food and the service was exceptional. The only issues we had, the room was pretty but seemed small and crowded. The front desk was under staffed, and the early person at the desk was not helpful with our check out at all. We had to get all our bags from the room, and down the stairs to the cab ourselves. I would recommend the hotel and probably stay again.

Great location and beautiful hotel. Spa is an extra charge and is not included as part of your package. Great service by female who checked us in. Only downside to the stay is housekeeping is not always up to the job often not doing the job efficiently as you would expect miss out their minor details (replenishment). Really enjoyed our stay here as a couple on a weekend break. Thank you for a great stay

I don’t know how this hotel get 5 stars. We’re pulling in - no one waiting for us at the front. First thing I see after we get inside with our luggage is 10 step stairs and no elevator to take our luggage up. Went up to the front desk to ask about trouble carrying my luggage and get answers that shocked me: currently we have no person to help you. It was young girl and young man behind the desk and it never crossed their mind to offer help! Plus carrying out suitcases through longest hallways… Room and breakfast were good. Checkout was same process in reverse

The Hotel has a very good locación. It’s a beatiful building. The staff is very young and they don’t have the training for this kind of Hotel. No one were at the door to help us with the lugage and no one carried the suitcases to the room. We díd it. The y never told Ud aborto the amenities the Hotel han.We han to look Ita up online.The hotel has sometido Pool s in the Spa and the y didn’ t even tell us they were free.We discovered it y chance Wenceslao we wanted to know the prives of the Pools. Into the Spa never were a staff to help with the sauna or the Steam. . It’s a shame because a hotel of that price and category should have better service and staff. N

Admittedly the room itself wasn’t a five star room but everything else about the hotel is five star. The main contributing factor for me is the staffs. They work tirelessly to ensure that every visit to their hotel is worthwile. The city is walkable from this location. Everything is on your doorstep. If I have one tip, it would be to venture out a little bit whenever you are ready to eat. The best restaurants are a little bit further outside this cluster.
