Pool area was lovely, entrance is very grand and had lots of money spent on it as has the bar area, rooms on the other hand are in stark contrast. Bathroom was well below what I expected. Buffet breakfast in the morning was ok, could be improved.

Nice hotel. Clean room, but a little dated. Frustrating room layout, no power sockets by bed for phones to charge, and bathroom fan on all the time lights were on. No way to isolate. Good gym, nice pool.

Lovely spa facilities and helpful staff

We really enjoyed using the spa facilities which felt brand new and very clean. Great location and really helpful staff. We did need to move rooms as the windy weather was whistling through a slightly broken old window, but the staff member at reception moved us straight away to a nicer room and was very helpful. Aspects of the hotel are a little dated and could do with some tlc, but overall a nice stay.
