It’s a very nice hotel, well located, helpful staff, good breakfast and relaxing spa. It was disappointing to learn right before the stay that we would be charged 50 € for use of the spa. That is usually included in comparable hotels in Italy, in our experience.

Great hotel and most of the staff were great sadly they never catered for my special dietary requirements due to medical issues I am on a very specific diet - mainly protein no shag liquids and eggs… each time I kindly requested a plain omelette for dinner they declined saying the chef said no!!! I have stayed in many hotel around the world that have gone out of their way to accommodate my dietary requirements but this was the first hotel that declined

Very nice hotel with excellent staff who went above and beyond to help make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We were there in December, and there were beautiful decorations and a Christmas market in the courtyard. Several excellent restaurants on the property, and lots more a short walk away. Our room was spotless. Very large and well appointed.
