I had a wonderful 7-day stay at this resort! The staff were outstanding—special thanks to Freddy, Pedro, Eduardo, and Juan for their exceptional hospitality. The food and drinks were delicious, the buffet offered plenty of fresh variety each day, and the live shows were a highlight of the trip. The overall service and atmosphere made my vacation truly memorable, and I would be happy to return.

This all inclusive resort had everything you could ask for. In my personal opinion some of the resort entertainment they had by the pools felt trashy, but to each their own. It was surprisingly difficult to get drinks once outside other than these minor things the entire trip was fantastic.

The hotel is stunning and the staff were great, the food however could use some improvements. Part of our idea of a vacation was not to plan everything out so we weren't able to go to all the restaurants because they didn't have openings. We will return but will have different expectations.

Food was delicious. The oven brick pizza was delicious!! Great service. Staff is great. The hotel itself is a bit run down. The pool is chipped and dirty on the edges. But the food was great and the overall experience was good.

I rated this excellent…. It had its downfalls. Areas to improve: Communication between staff…. I reserved at Seasons on my birthday. When I got there they didn’t have me on the list. I went back to the front desk and they also had me down for there. One afternoon I went to La Trop alone where I was the first to be seated. They seated four couples and they all got drinks and appetizers and 20 minutes before I was acknowledged. Nothing like feeling unseen when you are already making the step to go somewhere alone. False advertising…. With their room service I was going to order something since I had an early morning excursion. The menu showed an omelet before 7 am but when I called to order they said their early morning menu was only toast and fruit. That’s okay but don’t put it on the menu if you won’t serve it. Safety… the lifeguard on duty never watched the ocean when guests were in the ocean. I have pics of him facing the opposite direction watching the construction workers. Things liked: 2 staff made a positive impression by remembering my name and always saying hi with a smile: Ingrid, hostess at Zangos, and Sebastian, bar tender. Cleaning staff did amazing cleaning my room. Loved extra things like drinks in room being restocked daily, bed being prepared in early evening, friendly staff always smiling and saying hello, and champagne and cheese cake brought to my room for my birthday. I went to Alberto twice for a massage. He was amazing and professional.

Their response time is very quick. I appreciate ALL the staff, from the restaurants (lizbeth, enrique, ivan, abril), to the Spa (teresa, monse, abraham, mily), martin who welcomed us at the door, the ones who made sure our room was always clean, those who served us drinks at the pool! There are so many amazing staff members that made sure we were taken care of, some I’m forgetting their names, but I appreciate you all! I would also like to thank the lady who sold us the Chichen Itza tour package. That was my favourite day in Cancun! I love the Mayan culture and i learnt soo much that day. I could write a whole chapter on my beautiful experience, so thank you Sandos!
