My recent experience during my stay at your hotel, focusing on areas that require immediate attention to enhance guest satisfaction.
During my visit, I stayed on the 5th floor, and I found the air quality in the hallway to be quite displeasing, as it had a damp or moldy odor. Additionally, the dust build-up on the lamps in the buffet area was concerning, as it raised questions about overall cleanliness. It would greatly benefit your establishment to implement more extensive cleaning practices, including regular power washing in high-traffic areas. For example, the elevators near the reception show significant dust and dirt accumulation, which could be easily addressed with weekly cleanings.
Furthermore, the banquet room used for nightly entertainment lacked adequate cooling, making it uncomfortable for guests. I believe investing in proper air conditioning would create a more enjoyable atmosphere. Also, while the performers were excellent, the absence of a stage hindered visibility for those seated further back, diminishing the experience.
