Our first family vacation after having our first baby was a success here at Dreams in Cartagena. The service was the best part of it all. All staff was very friendly. The premier lounge and spa teams were the most helpful for us. The premier lounge team was always there to assist with our needs. The spa team made some wonderful exceptions for my wife and I to enjoy their services, regardless of having the baby with us.

Very beautiful hotel! Super nice, welcoming and accommodating staff. Food and drinks were great, hotel extremely secure (you have to go through two security guards) & super clean! Would definitely stay here the next time I go back to Cartagena!

Hotel was very nice and everyone was super friendly. Only complaint is the food and entertainment could have been better. I thought they would have Colombian authentic food but that was not the case, the meats were very tough. Only restaurant that was good food was the sea side one. We had a sea bass and seafood rice which was yummy. Also not too much pool entertainment. This is good resort for those who want to relax and not have big crowds . Overall not too bad I would come back 😊

The hotel is very beautiful and expansive. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Spectacular view from my oceanview room. However, some of the food items were dry and not as tasty as it should be.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort property. This was a beautiful, clean and calm resort. The staff was nice, friendly and very helpful at the resort. Just speak with the concierge to find out what the resort offers and things to do off the resort when you first arrive. I have no complaints, but there are some things that a person should know if you have never traveled here to Colombia before. At this resort, the restaurants are not open all day. They are closed at certain times. There is a restaurant on the beach the serves food and one near the pool if the other restaurants are closed. There are not a lot of activities on the resort, so you will be leaving the resort to do things unless you are a person who just likes to relax all day. We enjoyed the report and going to places off the resort. You will need a translator if you do not speak Spanish or understand the language. Everyone there speaks Spanish at the resort and off the resort, wherever you go. Overall, we had a good time and would go back. There was a lot of great culture, things to see and things to do.
