Sehr bekuemes Bett mit super Frühstück

Wir hatten nur eine Nacht. War sehr gut. Sehr konfortables bett Grosses Frühstück buffet.

Interieur zu alt - nettes Personal - Aufzug benötigt zu lange in die obere Etage - leider nur ein Duschvorhang gegeben.

Excellent hotel

Pros: Proximity to Mall. Food.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Shopping.
Modern hotel, good sized rooms, excellent (buffet) restaurant on ground floor, 4th floor restaurant good, extremely helpful staff, close to Ayala Mall.

You always seem to get a bad room when its Promo !

Location: The Hotel has a very nice pool and Hot tub with restaurant on the 4th floor. Location very close to Ayala Mall. Easy to get a taxi going anywhere.
We love this hotel. We have always had good experiences there. On this occasion it was time to try out the Boutique Room. Everything was good except for the bathroom. The toilet was not flushing and my wife had to ring Reception 4 times to ask them to resolve it. The toilet did not get fixed and then afterwards we found the Shower was not draining away very well at all. We used E-Bookers promo to avail of our first night of what was extended to a three night stay. The Hotel did give an ongoing room change afterwards. This was as soon as they had learned that I am frequent to their hotel, I work as a Hotel Manager, and that I have future bookings... Why is it that Hotels do this ? It is common sense that receipt of bad feedback reviews is very bad for the hotel. The remainder of the stay was perfect. Why didn't they give that Boutique Room to us in the first place and get the toilet fixed instead of allowing us into an Out of Service room ? Staff incompetence 2/5
