Been coming off and on to the Parklane since 2015, it’s aged but staff is still great. Some we have known since our first visit. Buffet is okay for breakfast, but I caught a case of food poisoning one night from either the salad or the desert and never ventured back for another except breakfast. The Bean coffee shop is good, kind of pricey but worth it. Lots of shopping and dining close so it’s a good value location.

We ate dinner and breakfast at Manuel's and we were very disappointed for dinner the pork belly was just skin and fat no meat. The offered beverages were empty. The only thing that tasted good was the lasagna. Then for breakfast nothing really tasted well and the cook didn't even know how to cook different styles of eggs at the egg station. I had requested eggs over medium 3 separate times the first two times she only cooked the wife's and sons omelet and I had to go end two separate times to ask about my eggs finally the third time she came to our table after 45 min past to ask me to explain what I meant and still cooked the eggs wrong. She made them as eggs over hard or well done instead of over medium. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms were nice but this service and foods were very disappointing. We may try this location another time to see if it was just an off night. The location is great it's within a very short walk to Ayala Center Mall.

The hotel is not as good as it was before. When we asked for hand towel and wash cloth, the front desk told us that they ran out of towel 😂 The shower head has rust on it and the water is splashing everywhere. The towel on the floor is dirty.
