"Personal eine Katastrophe. 5 Tage Aufenthalt und kein einziges Mal eine Begrüssung. Die Dame die fürs Frühstück zuständig war nuckelte am Daumen und servierte mit nassem Daumen unser Frühstück. Absolut eklig. Alle nur mit Handy beschäftigt.
Lampe im Zimmer kaputt; Kaffeemaschine kaputt, Dusche defekt. Keine Reparatur innerhalb 5 Tagen.
Trockner im Laundryroom defekt.
Manager 5 Tage nicht zu erreichen.
Über 1000 Dollar für null Service "
