The property is very tired and dirty, not that well kept. In the morning, there was a large coffee spill in the elevator, which I told the front staff about it was never cleaned. In my room, there was dirt and stains on the walls and the bathroom, grime and grout in the bathroom was gross.

Room was dirty and stinky. Bathroom counters were dirty, floor was filthy, and there was balled up paper towel in the peep hole. When I asked for a new room I was told they were full. Once I asked to check out another room magically became available. I declined and left.

I highly recommend the hotel, but unfortunately, Denny's next door fell far short of expectations. Considering the quality, I would caution against spending your money there. Speaking as someone with an open mind, the experience was undeniably horrible.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. I did have to change my room 3 times as their housekeeping isn’t very thorough. Surfaces were ignored and neglected. Their housekeeping is clearly great at changing out the towels and waste bins but very obviously doesn’t tend to night table,desk, fridge handle and door or bathroom counters in all 3 rooms I was in. I stay in hotels frequently for work and these areas are in my opinion just as important as a clean towel. Visible signs of the prior guests is not ok for the cost to stay here. More attention needs to be done on the bedding as well as having long dark hairs on the sheets has been an issue for this chain hotel a few times for me. All around better cleaning practices and either new or more rigorous industrial laundering for the bedding.

We arrived after 7:30pm and had a smooth check-in. After dropping our bags in the room, we headed to Denny’s for dinner. On our way back, I noticed dog poop in the foyer and immediately informed the front desk clerk. It must have happened shortly after we left for dinner. The clerk acknowledged it, and my husband and I returned to our room. Later that evening, we went down to use the hot tub but found no towels, so I went back to the front desk to request some. At that point, the mess was still there, and someone had stepped in it, leaving multiple footprints across the floor. I mentioned it again while asking for towels. After finishing at the pool, we stepped outside and saw the same mess, now with just a yellow caution sign placed over it. Unfortunately, the sign only covered the main spot and didn’t address the footprints, which people could still step into. When we checked out around 6:30am the next morning, the mess was still there. It was surprising that the staff didn’t seem concerned or take care of the issue during our stay.

Good value for the rooms. However, lack of hygiene basics like razors for travelers was pretty inconvenient. When asked, i was told to go across the street to the gas station. I did and they did not carry them. Pillows were pretty much rock hard. Glad i brought my own.
