Nice quiet stay. Very clean, helpful and friendly staff. We didn't do the breakfast buffet, but it was quite popular. We just walked to one of the many coffee/bakery shops near to the Strand.

Nice place near Nyhavn. I had a tiny room would have been tight for 2 people but well-appointed. Breakfast was spectacular, healthy, super abundant, huge variety, and very Danish. Restaurants, shopping, Metro all a short walk.

This location was central to a lot of things. I was in town for 3.5 days, did things I had on my list, and never needed a vehicle. I've never seen where cleaning service doesn't come to your room unless you ask. I thought this was great as it makes it more efficient, I don't feel the need to leave at a certain time if I'm running late, they don't need to come into my room to make the bed or empty the trash can.

Room 5524: bathroom grout was dirty. Long hair on the bathroom wall. Room had a balcony which overlooked building works and building noise woke my on the first morning of my stay. The shower door was effective in keeping the water inside the shower which resulted in a dangerously wet bathroom floor. Breakfast was repetitive.
