Property was dated but we were ok with that. The problems were with the management company. Checkin is a pain as you have to go elsewhere where you canât park. The unit was dirty, loads of dust on window ledges, lights, vents etc etc. cupboard doors were disgusting too. Had to register car for parking and it said someone else had already had our units spot and wouldnât let us do it. Had to wait 1.5 days and multiple communications to finally get someone to get back to us to resolve. Asked if we could leave our car for a few hours after checkout as parking garage was only 1/8th full and was told no and sent a link to google to search for other parking lots ourselves. Would never use this management company for my own property or hire a property that use them again.
We enjoyed this property. The views from the balcony were spectacular. I would not say that the pull out bed was the best I've ever slept on. But if you are young and don't mind I'm sure it'd be acceptable. Very close to the mountain, almost ski in/out.
The condo was fairly clean, however the blankets for the bedding were those super old 80's flannel type blankets and seemed very well worn. Given that those were the only blankets for the pull out bed, that was unfortunate. There weren't pillow cases for the pullout bed; though the onsite agent did supply some upon request a day or so later. There were only 5 towels for a 4 night stay for 4 people; with no extra for the hot tub. I asked for some and was told to wash the ones I had. There were very minimal cooking dishes; you may want to bring some aluminum disposable baking trays as well as anything you'd need outside of salt and pepper.
Not a big deal for us, but there were some long nails around the balcony trim that need to be nailed down, someone could snag their leg and cut themselves. The bathroom could use some TLC as well; trim falling of the mirror and a damaged shelf unit was coming apart.
