The staff was rude and the beds were never cleaned and had blood and mold on them and they refused to give me a refund even after I changed rooms.

We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. We could not stay here with our family. The door did not close properly, the room had holes in the walls in multiple places, the bathroom has black dirt around the tub and the floors. There was also green stuff on the rise of the roll of toilet paper. The headboard had handprints on it and there were stains on the pillow cases. The hotel unfortunately decided they would not honor a refund so I would caution anyone who considers booking here on their travels. We are pretty tolerant on our travels and have never walked into a room like this.
